How to quickly unclog your Arteries: Innovative Treatment and Best Foods to Clean Arteries

Having clogged arteries can cause, for example, a heart attack. That is why it is so important to keep them “clean” and “uncover them” for a better quality of life.

Innovative Treatment to Unclog Arteries Without Surgery

The food we eat on a daily basis can be detrimental to our health and clog the walls of the arteries until it completely obstructs the passage of blood to the heart and from this organ to others.

According to research, atherosclerosis is one of the diseases that cause more deaths annually around the world.

This condition is a rather complex one involving autoimmunity, infections, incompatibilities, among others.

But in addition to atherosclerosis, when arteries and veins become clogged also tend to suffer from hypertension and heart disease.

Pomegranate juice and carrot juice promote circulation. Maintain a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fresh fruits, and avoid fats and processed foods.

Our arteries are an essential and delicate set necessary for the functioning of the body in daily life and the proper circulation of blood from one organ to another.

The heart attack is becoming one of the leading causes of fatalities in the world. Because of our hectic and competitive lifestyles human beings keep on facing with tension and anxiety.

If we add such factors to the ever-increasing consumption of cigarettes and unhealthy diet and we get the perfect recipe for disaster.

These are the major causes of heart attacks in people. Thankfully, in this age of information and telecommunication, more and more people are becoming educated, and leading countries are putting in a lot of time and effort to counter this problem.

The main reason behind a heart attack is the deposition of cholesterol, in the inner walls of the arteries.

With the passage of time, the deposits grow which it makes significantly difficult for the blood to pass through.

Once the artery is completely blocked, the heart is no longer able to deliver blood to the body part that needs oxygen, and hence a heart attack occurs.

What happens when they become clogged?

When they are obstructed, they are indicating that some part of us is not working well. What happens is that the arteries are experiencing a decrease in oxygen circulation and blood flow.

Also, in the irregular process, plaque builds up in the arteries that surround the heart, which is why it is not merely an artery that requires attention, but we would be talking about a big problem that could cause damage to our heart system.

Scientists have suggested various methods of keeping the cholesterol levels in the body under a certain threshold.

One of this naturally includes a healthier diet and routine, but now we can do so much more.

Tiny Gadget Gives Real-Time, 3D Imaging From Inside The Heart, Clogged Arteries.

Nowadays, scientists are working on a state-of-the-art preventive measure that will allow early detection of the symptoms leading to a heart attack so that the patient can be notified before time and specific actions can be taken in order to save his/her life.

A small chip has been developed using ultrasound transducers that is no more than 1.4 mm in length. This chip collects data from the heart and the major arteries and transmits this data via 13 small cables.

When the doctors receive this information, they can interpret it and find out which patients need surgery and which do not.

The main feature of this chip is that it will not only provide real-time data but will also create for the viewers, a 3D model to analyze.

The chunk of the research has been done at the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB), part of the National Institutes of Health.

The chip is composed of capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers (CMUT). These provide the doctors with three-dimensional intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and intracardiac echography (ICE) images.

The device is very compact in size and shape and can be easily inserted into the body via minor surgery.

The onboard circuitry can sense the changes in the arteries and is designed in such a way that it automatically goes into hibernation mode when there is no need for it.

The designers also made sure that when the chip is active, it must not give off excessive amounts of heat so that it may damage the inner parts of the body.

The operating frequency is usually centered at 20 MHz. This is quite advantageous for the doctors as any external radiations would need to be incident at some lower frequency which affects the overall quality of the received images.

On the contrary, high-frequency images have better resolution. All this information allows the doctors to know exactly where and how much to operate on a patient which helps them in getting the cholesterol out of the patient’s system faster.

The extent of this device’s success is still yet to be seen as it has not been employed on a mass scale.

However, the results look quite encouraging so much so that more and more scientists are getting ready to put their efforts in and take it to the next level.

The best foods to clean arteries.

Garlic: Have you seen how many properties garlic has? It is present in the vast majority of lists of home remedies for its excellent contributions to health.

Oats: Low in carbohydrates and absorbs up to seven times your body in water. It is widely used in the snack, bakery, dessert and meat industries.

Apple: This delicious fruit is high in pectin, a fiber that joining with cholesterol manages to reduce it.

In turn, it contains flavonoids, which decreases the risk of having a heart attack by 50%, when consumed regularly.

Fatty Fish: contains Omega 3 acids (so popular today), which our body needs for its proper functioning and in turn, serves to uncover the arteries.

Walnut is high in monounsaturated fats and Omega 3 fatty acids. Other nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, and pecans are also advised.

Olive oil: another of the most “powerful” foods that exist. You must consume it extra virgin and pressed in the cold so that it does not lose its properties.

Add flavor to your meals and preparations and decrease your risk of heart disease.
